Where a person has been interred in a double grave and the family request the interment
of cremated remains in that grave, the grave shall be considered full.
Full sized graves will not be available solely for the purpose of interment of Cremated remains.
All fees charged are a commuted sum for the perpetual maintenance of the cemetery and
NOT a right of ownership.
The land remains in the ownership of the Burial Authority.
